I am a qualified Ayurvedic consultant and practitioner with over ten years’ experience in the health and wellbeing industry. I use the authentic Ayurvedic multi-disciplinary approach of nutrition, herbs, massage therapies, yoga and lifestyle to help clients address any illnesses or imbalances and work towards optimal health.
I initially qualified as a clinical massage therapist and have a large base of clients who have been with me for many years. In 2014 I completed a yoga teacher training foundation course. While reading and researching for this course I became interested in Ayurveda and embarked on a three-year Ayurvedic training programme.
Prior to becoming a holistic health practitioner, I worked for many years in international business and journalism. This background gives me a valuable understanding of the challenges involved in maintaining good health and a balanced life while coping with the demands of work and family commitments. I always work closely with my clients to tailor the treatment plans to their individual circumstances.
I am a professional member of the Complementary Medical Association (CMA) and the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).
