Basti Treatments

Basti means “well” and in this treatment a dough ring forms a well into which warm, medicated oils are applied.  The oils are repeatedly replaced with more warm oil as they cool. Basti treatments can be used for variety of physical and mental health conditions depending on the location of the basti.

Netra Basti (eye)                                  45 minutes/£60
