Are you struggling to get a good night's sleep? Do you often find yourself tossing and turning, waking up feeling unrefreshed? My Sleep Solutions coaching programme is designed just for you!

Over the course of four personalised sessions, you’ll explore the science behind sleep, identify your unique challenges, and develop effective strategies to enhance your sleep quality. Whether you're dealing with stress, environmental distractions, or inconsistent routines, our expert guidance will help you unlock the restful sleep you deserve.

In a supportive one-to-one environment, you'll gain valuable insights into your sleep patterns and learn practical techniques for creating a peaceful bedtime routine. From understanding sleep cycles to implementing relaxation techniques, each session is tailored to your specific needs and goals.

The Sleep Solutions programme is an introductory programme over six weeks which includes:

  • 4 x 45 minute sessions delivered in person or online
  • Handouts and workbooks to guide you through the process
  • Personal messaging service

By the end of these four sessions, you will have a comprehensive understanding of sleep fundamentals, be equipped to identify and address sleep disruptors, have personalised strategies in place and be prepared to maintain and enhance your sleep quality in the long term. However, chronic sleep problems can take time to resolve. Follow-up sessions for ongoing support are available according to your personal circumstances and needs.
