This 6-week programme takes a personalised approach to your health and wellness journey. As a professional Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner and Health coach, I know that a one-size- fits-all diet plan cannot provide the sustainable solutions you crave.
Through the Sustainable Start programme, I offer a holistic evaluation of your lifestyle, covering nutrition, sleep, physical activity and mental health. This comprehensive assessment helps identify factors that may contribute to your weight gain and overall wellbeing.
Leveraging my extensive knowledge and expertise, I will craft a personalised programme designed to support you in building the foundations for lasting healthy eating habits and optimal health.
Sustainable Start is 6-week programme that includes:
- 1:1 coaching delivered in person, via phone or Zoom
- Weekly 60-minute session
- Handouts and workbook to guide you through the process
- Personal messaging service
You will also benefit from ongoing support and encouragement because weight loss and lifestyle changes are dynamic processes. This will be included within your weekly sessions and access to text messaging support, which will ensure you have the guidance you need when you need it.
